Work/life balance
Work as much or as little as you want. Work more and we’ll pay you more. Want to work less, that is fine too, we understand because we have families ourselves.

Profit sharing
We share 15% of our profit with everyone we work with. You choose how you want to split it between cash and your 401k. 

Selling out
If we sell the company, then 15% of the profit goes to everyone we work with. 

Benefits
We pay 90 to 100% of your premiums for our medical, dental and other insurance benefits program.

We work hard and we play hard – some bungy jumping while on a job in New Zealand.
