Who We’re Looking For….
TrueNorth was founded in 2022 by medical physicists with goal of being an independent company focused on following science, answering the true needs of clinics and their patients, and supporting the team helping to bring those goals to life.
With the goal of charting a better path for our industry, we are seeking the team to help us find that path. It turns out the values we’ve come to embrace in that mission very easily tie into the qualities of the people we’re looking for. And because “great employees working together to better medical physics, dosimetry and more” doesn’t easily fit on a T-shirt, we’ve taken to calling these folks “TrueNorthers.”

A Successful TrueNorther:
Has the flexibility & interpersonal skills to successfully support a variety of clients, partners & teammates in all settings.
Is someone who wants to grow and is open to turning their aspirations and interests into opportunities.
Willingly asks questions, yearns to continue learning and wants to share their own experience and knowledge in support of the TrueNorth team.
Plays well with others, because while we take our work seriously, we do like to have fun and be a little irreverent.
Wants to do the right thing and is willing to help TrueNorth live to that value.
Doesn’t mind bullet point lists.
Helps TrueNorth determine long-term and short-term business strategy.
Works with the team to continue to chart a path of growth through business referrals, special project work outside job descriptions, and by helping cultivate more future TrueNorthers.
