Starting with a pre-commissioning survey, the team works with your physicists to fully understand your needs, customize its approach and provide rapid – often in 3 days – accurate turnaround so you can start patient treatments as soon as possible.
Before we even arrive on-site, we are looking for and fixing issues using the information you provided on the checklist you filled out.
The custom software we have developed catches errors before they reach the patient. We check and double-check all the data we take against our database to ensure everything is as expected. This way, if something is not right, we can let you know immediately and work with you to resolve the issue.

Shielding Services
TrueNorth develops software internally to improve efficiency and patient safety at clinics where we provide services. For example, we developed our TrueCompare software that can easily read in water tank scans, DICOM data and measured device data to perform hundreds of data comparisons in seconds and save hours of time when commissioning or performing annual QA. Our custom software gives us instant feedback on the data as we collect it.
We also take new ideas and clinical needs that we find, develop software solutions and turn them into products.
