We installed a second Varian TrueBeam and upgraded our Eclipse treatment planning system, and the TrueNorth commissioning team exceeded our expectations. Their team lead did an outstanding job with communication to ensure we received the services we wanted, and they maintained a flexible schedule so that commissioning could begin as soon as I completed the machine acceptance. They also made measurements on our other TrueBeam to ensure both machines were properly matched.
